For your convenience, all orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

We will ship your order the same day unless your order is received after 12 Noon PST, then it will be shipped the following day. You will receive your order 3-4 business days from the date of shipping in most cases. Orders received after 12 Noon PST Friday or during the weekend are shipped Monday.

We welcome orders from all over the world, your orders are sent by Global Priority Mail and take 7 - 10 days. Please enter your Country at check out for rates. A restocking fee (50% of product price) will be incurred for any packages returned to Discountlotions for non-delivery or pickup. This will be deducted from the amount refunded. Customers are responsible for any Customs/Duties incurred.

Return Policy
All sales are considered final at time of purchase.

Exceptions are as follows:
All returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 15 days of shipment and must meet the following guidelines or we will not be able to process them.

If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the products that were damaged and contact us so that we can process your claim.

If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice, contact us and we will make arrangements to replace the received item with the invoiced item.

Please double check your choices. We reserve the right to charge extra for shipping if an order does come back to us due to customer inputting the wrong mailing address.
